Section 4 - Pricing, Market Volatility, and Pre-Orders

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products (including Pokémon booster boxes, booster packs, single cards, graded slabs, and collectibles) are subject to change without notice due to the volatile nature of the trading card game market.
  • Pre-Orders & Allocations: Pre-order shipping dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change. In the event of manufacturer delays, shipping delays, or distributor inventory short-allocations, Running to the Rip reserves the right to adjust quantities, fulfill orders in waves, or cancel and refund any pre-order at our sole discretion.

Section 5 - Products, Sales, and Returns

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

TCG Final Sale Rule: Due to constant market price fluctuations, all sales of TCG items (including booster boxes, booster packs, blister packs, individual cards, mystery products, and graded slabs) are strictly final sale. Returns for unopened TCG accessories (such as card sleeves, playmats, or binders) are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if the original packaging remains completely sealed and undamaged.

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing, Account Information, and Fraud/Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Fraud and Illegitimate Chargebacks: Fraudulent purchase activity, false claims of non-receipt for delivered tracking, or illegitimate chargebacks will result in the immediate, permanent termination of your account, cancellation of any pending orders, and reporting to merchant fraud networks and legal authorities. You agree to reimburse Running to the Rip for any legal fees, administrative charges, or chargeback fees incurred as a result of fraudulent payment disputes.

Section 7 - Live Breaks, Streams, & Third-Party Platforms

We host live breaks, pack-opening streams, and sales on third-party platforms (including Whatnot). By purchasing a spot in a live break or participating in our streams, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Final Sale upon Opening: Once a pack, box, or case is opened or broken live on stream per your purchase, the item cannot be canceled, swapped, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Third-Party Service: Your participation is also subject to the terms and conditions of the hosting platform (e.g., Whatnot). Running to the Rip is not responsible for platform-side technical glitches, stream lag, service outages, or account suspensions caused by third-party services.

Section 8 - Third-Party Links

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and will not have any liability or responsibility for third-party materials or websites.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 10 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
